The Blue Spruce team has spent decades developing the knowledge, communications skills, and relationships necessary to build amazing (and sustainable!) construction projects in our region.
The Front Range is also our home, so we work very hard to integrate our work and our lives into the community. The houses we build are for our neighbors, the businesses we build are the places we shop, and the restaurants we build are where we have our meals.
To provide you with the best possible construction experience, we’ve focused all of our general contracting efforts into three areas.
When it comes to offices and commercial space, we have a broad range of experiences; from Boulder’s historic buildings to retail spaces to tenant finish projects to large core and shell builds.
We also specialize in LEED certified construction, such as 1738 Pearl Street, a LEED Platinum project, and our President’s close connections to the Colorado Green Building Guild reinforce our success at constructing truly sustainable workplaces.
Working within the restaurant industry takes a particularly specialized understanding of owner needs and kitchen equipment, as well as adherence to an exacting schedule.
Since 1997, our experience with restaurant owners and architects is unmatched by any general contractor in the region, and we’re proud to have clients like the Greenbriar, Flagstaff House, Pica’s Taqueria and Snarf’s.
High-end residential construction, whole-house remodels / renovations, and pop-tops are our residential specialties.
Our ability to help projects progress smoothly has soothed many owners’ construction fears, and we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our sensitivity to the needs and concerns of the owner while maintaining the vision of the architect and client.
