2,400 sq. ft. remodel of historic Sinclair Gas Station into a fun and lively Snarf's sandwich shop while maintaining architecture integrity of the original building design. Project scope included redevelopment of entire 9,500 sq. ft. lot, total demolition of interior space, and major exterior renovations.
