Duda Phase 2 - Commercial

5,200 sq. ft. tenant finish expansion of office space in Louisville's newest neighborhood DELO. Complementing our Phase 1 development, here the undeveloped core and shell became an eclectic open office concept, with kitchen, restrooms, meeting rooms and sound dampening phone rooms themed to The Big Lebowski. The common lounge area flows into a large indoor/outdoor patio.


Charlotte's Web - Commercial

135,000 sq. ft. tenant finish of Corporate Headquarters with office, production,  manufacturing, warehouse and distribution areas. These photos reflect the 15,550 sq. ft. of "office" space which includes private offices and group spaces, kitchen/dining areas, and a gym. Due to the proprietary nature of the client and it's product, photos of the production, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution  spaces are not available to the public.

Boulder Brands

18,000 sq. ft. third floor luxury tenant finish on Boulder's Pearl Street. Renovations from core and shell into stand alone offices, open concept work spaces, and conference rooms with moveable dividers. The large NanaWall allows the sprawling kitchen and eating space to extend easily into the outdoor patio with amazing Flatiron views.

2,700 sq. ft. tenant finish from core and shell into open flow work spaces and innovate specialized private and group meeting rooms themed to The Big Lebowski.  The modern full kitchen and eating areas complete the eccentric vibe created by graphic and colorful design.

The Greenbriar - Commercial

618 sq. ft. structural repair and refinish of the historical Greenbriar Inn bar and lounge area. Due to a electrical fire the bar/lounge had to be rebuilt, including matching stone work, roof and exterior finishes. Interior work included rebuilding the elegant bar, fireplace and seating areas to match historical guidelines.

Snarf's Denver - Commercial/Restaurant

2,400 sq. ft. remodel of historic Sinclair Gas Station into a fun and lively Snarf's sandwich shop while maintaining architecture integrity of the original building design. Project scope included redevelopment of entire 9,500 sq. ft. lot, total demolition of interior space, and major exterior renovations.

Snarf's Boulder - Commercial/Restaurant

2,100 sq. ft. tenant remodel of existing retail space into Snarf's sandwich shop in South Boulder. Project scope included full demo of interior, installation of commercial kitchen and dining room.  

Pica's Louisville - Commercial/Restaurant

2,800 sq. ft. blank core and shell interior space transformed into vibrant Mexican restaurant. Installation of full commercial kitchen included two large exhaust hoods, oversized walk-in cooler and multiple prep stations.  Front of house development included custom built seating in the dining area, and a unique artistic treatment of the ceiling.
