6,451 sq. ft. - This striking 6 bedroom, 6 bath home was completely renovated with extraordinary finishes and precision. The contemporary kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, and the wetbar/beverage center cleverly connects to the formal dining room. The primary bedroom was divided to add a private sitting room and the en suite invites you into the dreamy soaking tub. In addition to remodeling the open concept main floor, bedrooms and bathrooms the home received new interior and exterior paint, all new flooring (including the home gym!) and HVAC.

Lafayette Drive

394 sq. ft. - It's amazing that a little square footage can go such a long way to improving the quality of living space. By "popping the top" of the detached garage and connecting it to the main house, we were able to add a private guest suite and outdoor patio. 

Kitchen - After

3,700 sq. ft. - This luxury remodel drastically changed the layout and functionality of this home. (Take a moment and check out a few before and after pictures in our Gallery!) The beautiful redesign of the first floor opened up the kitchen, dining room and living room into one flowing entertainment area filled with light. The redesigned entry way, amazing bedroom ceilings and exceptional outdoor patio make this a truly wonderful place to live.

Deck facing East - After

In Colorado, we love indoor/outdoor living spaces. This residential renovation maximized the world class view of the Flatirons by adding a two-story deck (1,550 square feet!) on an extreme mountain slope.  The complete exterior remodel included installation of sliding glass wall systems providing seamless access to the multiple outdoor spaces created. Inside, we extended the views by opening up the main living area, completely gutting and modernizing the kitchen and dining areas.

Meadowlook

Living Room - After

3,000 sq. ft. - Windows and light completely change an interior space; and were used extensively to transform this home into an airy and open oasis. We modernized the kitchen, moving walls and creating flow into the dining area. The primary suite was relocated, and the high ceiling and skylights in the en suite provide added luxury to the sumptuous space.
